Responsibilities & Context

•Conduct regular market visits to collect and verify rates for RM, PM, and technical materials.

•Benchmark prices across local and wholesale markets.

•Monitor spot purchases to ensure quality and fair pricing.

•Process and verify TA/DA bills for field visits.

•Cross-check vendor payments in Tally for accuracy.

•Inspect stock at SDB and support inventory audits.

•Review and physically inspect damaged or burned goods.

•Visit transport workshops/vendors for quotations and service checks.

•Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.


Education

•Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Masters

•Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software is a strong advantage.

•Strong observational, analytical, and reporting skills.

•Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and field inspections.

Experience

•3 to 5 years

•The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Additional Requirements

•Age at least 24 years
